What We Do

Detailing Built Around San Antonio Conditions

Hard water, caliche dust, cedar pollen, and 100-degree afternoons are what actually wear out a vehicle here. Our process is built for those four things specifically.

Interior

Full Interior Detail

Vacuum, extraction, brush agitation on vents and seams, leather conditioning, and a UV protectant on every plastic surface. San Antonio sun cracks dashboards faster than most of Texas, and protectant is the cheapest insurance against it.

Exterior

Hand Wash & Seal

Two-bucket hand wash, foam pre-soak, and a six-month sealant on the Premium package. Bexar County water runs hard, so a sealed surface is what keeps spots from etching into the clear coat between washes.

Correction

Water Spot & Swirl Removal

Light mineral etching comes off with an acid-free remover. Deeper etching and swirl marks from automatic tunnels need a machine polish. We look at the paint in the sun and quote it honestly before touching a buffer.

Interior

Pet Hair & Odor

A vacuum does not get embedded dog hair out of woven upholstery. We use rubber pull tools and pumice blocks, then treat odor at the source with an enzyme rather than covering it with fragrance.

Gametime Mobile Car Detailing of San Antonio runs out of 11503 NW Military Hwy, which puts us a few minutes from Castle Hills, Shavano Park, and the Medical Center and inside a reasonable drive of almost everything the far side of Loop 1604. We are mobile only. There is no waiting room, no queue, and no shuttle, because the work happens where your vehicle already is.

Every truck carries a filtered water tank and a generator. That matters more here than people expect. Apartment complexes along Wurzbach and Blanco frequently have no accessible spigot, and office garages downtown have none at all. We are not asking to borrow your hose. We roll up self-contained, work for two to four hours, and leave the space the way we found it.

The detailing itself is unglamorous and repeatable. Two-bucket wash so grit does not get dragged back across the paint. Brushes for the seams a vacuum nozzle cannot reach. Extraction on stains instead of a wipe that pushes them deeper. Sealant on the Premium package because unprotected clear coat in this climate spots after two rain cycles. None of that is a secret method. It is just the version of the job that takes the full three hours instead of forty minutes.

We answer the phone until 11 PM, which is deliberate. Most people figure out they need a detail after work, after the kids are down, or the night before a trade-in appraisal. If you call at 9:30 on a Tuesday, someone picks up.

Questions We Get Every Week

Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes. Every truck carries a filtered water tank and a generator, so we can work in a driveway, an apartment lot, or a covered office garage without touching your utilities. If you would rather we use your spigot, that is fine too, but we do not need it.
How long does a mobile detail take?
Mobile Basic runs about two to three hours. Premium runs about three to four. Heavy pet hair, sand from the coast, or a work truck full of caliche dust pushes it toward the long end. We tell you the realistic window when you book, not an optimistic one.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
No. A lot of customers leave the keys in a lockbox or with a front desk and go about their day. We text a photo when we arrive and another when the vehicle is finished, so you can see the work without standing over it.
Can you get Texas hard water spots off my paint?
Usually. Hard water spotting is the single most common paint complaint we hear in San Antonio, mostly from sprinkler overspray. Light mineral deposits come off with an acid-free remover. If the minerals have etched into the clear coat, that needs a machine polish, which we look at in direct sunlight and quote before doing anything.
What if it rains on my appointment day?
We work in covered spaces when we can. If your vehicle is in an open driveway and there is active rain, we reschedule at no charge, usually to the next open slot that week. We do not charge a cancellation fee for weather.
How far outside San Antonio do you travel?
Everything inside Loop 1604, plus Helotes, Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, Bulverde, Schertz, Cibolo, Converse, Live Oak, and Universal City. Past that we can still often make it work if you are flexible on the day. Call and we will tell you straight rather than quoting a trip we cannot make.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Zelle, or cash. Payment is collected when the detail is finished and you have looked at the vehicle. Nothing is charged at booking.
Do you do fleets or multiple vehicles?
Yes. Multiple vehicles at the same address get a reduced per-vehicle rate since we are already set up. Recurring monthly fleet schedules are priced flat per vehicle. Call for a number.
